Q: Can I change the colours of the Cupcakes to suit my Theme? A: Yes you can. There is a $2 surcharge per batch for the change of colour. Q: Are the Cupcakes Nut Free, Gluten Free A: All the Cupcakes are Nut Free BUT not Gluten Free. There are Gluten Free options available. Q: What are the sizes of the Mini Cupcakes? A: All the Mini Cupcakes are the size of a golf ball. They are bite size, perfect for schools, Hi-Tea, Parties of simply Pantry snacks. Q: How long can the cakes last? A: The cakes can last up to 4 days in room temperature in an air tight container and up to a week in the fridge. Q: Can I freeze the cakes? A: Definitely! the cakes can be frozen.

Q: Where is the Pick up for my orders? A: We only deliver your orders. We work closely with an Independent Courier company that provide next day delivery to ensure your products is fresh. Q: Where do you deliver to? A: We currently deliver to NOR Suburbs. We are looking to expanding our services to SOR so hang tight. Q: How much is the Delivery Cost? A: We charge a flat rate of $15 per delivery to any NOR suburbs. You can rest assure that we are working with the best Independent Courier company that takes care of your products and delivery service. The cost of your delivery ensure timely delivery so you do not have to worry that your order get lost in the system or are delayed. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: Our minimum order is 2 batches/unit or $30 (excluding delivery) Q: What is the cut-off date/time for next day delivery? A: We offer next day delivery to your doorsteps when you order the previous day before 12pm. Q: I will not be home to receive my order. What can I do? A: We recommend that you leave out a box or esky in a secured location around the house and we will leave your order in it. You can add an instruction for our courier on how/where you would like us to leave your orders. Q: What time will I received my orders? A: Your orders will be delivered anytime between 9am - 3pm, so it is important to let us know any delivery instructions (e.g. secure location to leave orders, etc). Q: Can I request for a delivery notification? A: We will send you a text upon delivery of your orders.
